Service Description

These classes for our youngest will instruct them on how to stand tall against bullies and how to defend themselves against harm sent their way. We teach them how to protect themselves by knowing proper techniques in the self defense and martial arts world which include American boxing, Krav Maga hand to hand combat, Taekwondo kicking and more. Everything is tailored to this particular age group and does include drills and skills incorporated into games to make the class more fun and appealing to the children while stressing the seriousness of learning to protect themselves.
