Just sign up here and feel free to give us a call for more questions. Attire for the class is just any kind of comfy gym clothes and bring water or we have fountains here. You can feel comfortable that the owners and instructors have over 30 years in instructing students of all ages. Both Chief Instructor school owner Guy J. Bruno and Head Instructor BJ Bruno are certified personal fitness instructors as well as martial arts black belts and trainers.They have trained persons from all walks of life from Award winning Equestrians, law enforcement officers, Homeland security individuals, ER physicians, nurses, School teachers, businessmen and women, and stay at home moms. We can offer training to all ages and will tailor a program just for you. With our training you will become more proficient at the skills of self defense and gain a higher level of fitness.
